Refund Policy

DOA policy:

We are NOT responsible for shipping delays out of our control.

To claim a DOA:

1: You MUST be home and able to accept the package on the first attempt.

2: take a picture of dead coral in containers they were shipped in on a white paper towel or paper.

3: If it is determined that the corals arrived DOA, we will refund your purchase (minus shipping) or replace the coral(s) with the same coral (if possible) excluding shipping costs (buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for replacement corals)
